Laversab, Inc. Introduces 4100 Series Product

Sugar Land, TX, January 2, 2017 – Laversab, Inc.now offers a new 4100 Series MWD + LWD Surface System with Depth Tracking device for high accuracy mud-pulse and EM decoding and built-in depth tracking.

The device’s pressure transmitter, EM data, encoder, and hook-load sensor connect directly to the rig-floor unit. All relevant MWD parameters, pulses and TF history are displayed on a single screen.

This 4100 Series unit includes LWD software for gamma and resistivity logging and plotting. The wireless ethernet connection between rig-floor and safe-area laptop eliminates the need for a cable between the rig floor and safe area.

Additionally, the rig-floor display is available in three screen sizes: 10.4”, 15” or 19”. The device also includes sunlight-readable displays with adjustable brightness to suit the application.

The ATEX/ IECEx Zone 2 certified rig-floor unit is from Laversab’s ’s Oilfield Division, a supplier of hazardous location computers, terminals, and displays.
